The conference registration and hotel room reservation is done at
the same time by a link to the SAILAIR travel agency. You will need a credit card
and will get an instant confirmation of registration payment. The room reservation
is only held with credit card but not charged. Registration is $545 before or until March 1, 2009.
 

IMPORTANT NOTES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FIRST BEFORE REGISTERING):
 
1) The gala dinner (banquet on Thursday night) is free with your MEMBER or STUDENT registration.

2) The registration type for most is MEMBER which everyone is even if you have not been to the INRC before. The PRE-DOCTORAL STUDENT category is for all graduate students, undergraduate, or others that are working in the field. Only choose SPEAKER if you have been told by the PROGRAM CHAIR to register under this category. Other categories include accompanying social (spouse, guest, or significant other), and RECEPTION or GALA DINNER (BANQUET) or BOTH.

ONE DAY REGISTRATIONS is ONLY available for local OHSU-associated students, postdocs, and researchers (select which day you will attend)

Registration fees:

Travel Award submission by March 1, 2009
Abstract  submission by March 1, 2009
Lodging Reservation (done with registration)
Registration (early bird)    $545 on or before March 1, 2009
Registration (regular)        $595 from March 2-15, 2009
Registration (+late fee)     $645 from March 16 - onsite
Student Reg. (early bird)   $400 on or before March 1, 2009
Student Reg.  (regular)      $425 from March 2-15, 2009
Student Reg. (+late fee)    $450 from March 16 - onsite
Social only (early bird)       $300 on or before March 1, 2009
Social only (regular)           $325 from March 2-15, 2009
Social only (+late fee)       $350 from March 16 - onsite
Opening Reception                $50 online or onsite - anytime
Banquet Dinner                      $75 online or onsite - anytime

3) The dates for the hotel room reservation default to the conference dates. Please change if you will arrive earlier or stay later.

Room per night rates (does not include city tax):
Room rate is $169.00 single/double occupancy.

4) Tours arranged for WED night and FRIDAY should be booked along with the registration.

5) Note that you have to enter your credit card information twice, once to hold the hotel room, and then again on the final payment page for the registration fee.
