The International Narcotics Research Conference 2010
Malmö, Sweden

Dates: July 11 (Sun) to July 16 (Fri), 2010

FLIGHTS: The closest international airport to the conference site is actually in another country - Denmark.
Plan to fly in and out of the Copenhagen Airport
(Copenhagen Kastrup International Airport) . You can find our more about this architecturally award winning airport at:

TRANSPORT FROM COPENHAGEN AIRPORT TO CONFERENCE SITE IN MALMO, SWEDEN:

1) Taxi trip from Kastrup Airport, Copenhagen to Malmö Hilton:

You should find taxis at the Kastrup Airport/Copenhagen taking you to Hilton in Malmö. Taxis are easy to find just outside the Airport (The line with Swedish taxis give you better rates). Most taxis in Scandinavia do take credit cards. This trip will be expensive (700 - 800 SEK ≈ $80 - 110). You need to confirm the price before leaving from Kastrup. You should always agree about the price in advance!

2) However, you can also take an elevator at the airport taking you to the railway station and take a train to Malmö Central Station within 20-25 min (cost 100 SEK ≈ $12-13). There you my find a taxi taking you to Hilton within 10-12 minutes (cost 80-100 SEK = $10-13).

Once you arrive at Copenhagen Airport, make your way to Terminal 3 where there is a rail station ticket office. Trains to Malmo leave every 20 mins. Here is a link to an airport map and train information.

Once you arrive in Malmo train station, the Hilton Hotel (conference site) is nearby (South) of the Central train station (blue icon on map below). You can see the map here or google another hotel if you are staying elsewhere.
